Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and taxes. We may change prices at any time.

3. Ordering and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept major credit cards via secure third-party processors.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the U.S. and select international locations. Title and risk pass upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement.

6. Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS.”

7. Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes resolved in Onondaga County courts.
